Description:

Consonant was asked to build a networked application to efficiently manage the ATO's responses to email enquiries.

The application integrates with MS Outlook and MS Exchange to streamline the answering of emails by staff of project teams, ensuring quick turnaround and consistent advice to ATO clients.

The broad scope of this project resulted in Adam performing a wide range of tasks:
- design and construction of the initial application in Visual Basic,
- ongoing product functionality reviews,
- regular software updates to meet growing functionality requirements,
- migration to a new email environment,
- design and build of a version implementing projects across the WAN, and
- design of a SQL Server version of the application.
