Phoenix build an excellent suite of software for municipal councils. At times they require some assistance with deploying some tricky functionality in Windows. We know something about Windows programming, so we can often suggest ways to make their code perform the required tricks.

At other times we help out with the design and construction of the Phoenix website (currently undergoing a complete redesign).

And when things go awry with the Web server or Windows NT or computer administration stuff... we try to sort it out as fast as we can.
